- Bids arrive in the app with the price, what's included and excluded, and a timeline.
Choosing
We compare each bid to typical local pricing where we have data, flag missing license or insurance info, and warn you when bids are so far apart that the bidders probably read the scope differently. When you accept a bid, the winner gets your address and you coordinate in messages. Get the final agreement in writing before work starts.
